When you place your order, you will be asked for the required date and time for your order. We will reconfirm your request once we check availability for this item.
If you have any special requests for specific delivery times, questions, conditions or other aspects of your function we need to know about, please include these in the notes field when you check out, or contact our team. We will be in touch to finalise your order and any questions you may have.
- Deliveries - book the latest possible time you need to receive your delivery. Once we receive your order, our production team will confirm the time delivery will be made, including any set up or preparation time required at your venue, and cost for delivery, set up, strike and collection of your hired items. These costs are calculated based on labour required, event location, overall order size and venue specifics.
- Pick-ups - Many items are available for pickup. If you are not sure what type of vehicle is required, check with our team. Our products, including outdoor items, are not suitable for transport in an open vehicle, eg, ute.
Changes to Bookings
We understand that events contain many moving parts and that plans change. If you need to change your booking, or timings, please contact us as soon as you know. We pride ourselves on our flexible approach, and will do everything possible to accommodate changes.
