Local Deliveries, Pick Ups & On-Site Services

We provide a complex range of products for hire or purchase. Some can be collected from our showroom, some require our installation services, others can be posted to you. This information is detailed in each product's information.

When you place your order, we will contact you about delivery, shipping or pick up options depending on the items you have chosen. Our website can do many things, but it is not nearly as clever as our people. Deliveries, installations and postage will incur a separate fee, which is advised by our team once we receive your order. 

For a pick up, please select this option at checkout, and your items will be ready for you.

Non-Melbourne and International Customers

Any items suitable for posting can be shipped outside of Melbourne. Please be aware that these items are only offered with pick-up or Melbourne and Surrounds delivery options:

  • food products. Catering accessories and extras that are not food items can be shipped, eg, disposable catering items, boxed beverages.
  • hire items
  • any item requiring set up services
  • pre-made balloon decor. Uninflated balloons and balloon trims are usually ok.
  • any flammable or dangerous items.

Add the items to your cart and we will calculate shipping and add this manually to your order. We recommend not to pay for your order until this has been added.

International Orders

Any items suitable for posting can be shipped internationally. Please be aware that these items are unsuitable for international orders:

  • food products. Catering accessories and extras that are not food items can be shipped, eg, disposable catering items, boxed beverages.
  • hire items
  • any item requiring set up services
  • pre-made balloon decor. Uninflated balloons and balloon trims are usually ok.

Add the items to your cart and we will calculate shipping, add this manually to your order and resend your order for approval and payment.
