Our percolator coffee station package is a popular choice for effortless entertaining and corporate events. Our team will deliver, set up your coffee station, clean up and remove equipment at the end of your function, and provide the consumables needed to sustain your guests for the duration of the function.

Delivery fees are charged separately for each location and delivery required. This is calculated on checkout for your entire order. 

    Venue Requirements

    • two powerpoints to the table
    • access to cold running water nearby for percolator, urns, and for clean up, and waste disposal. If not available, eg, marquee in the park, advise your Catering Manager. We can provide these services.
    • approximately one trestle size table per apporx. 80 guests. Our team can provide more specific advice for your event.

    • Pricing for a smaller group can be provided, ask our team.
    • Outdoor equipment - If your coffee break is outdoors, our thermal air pots are a convenient way to enable coffee service where there is no power available. These can be hired separately. Urns and coffee percolators must be set up indoors; a marquee is considered indoors where equipment is protected.

    Please Note

    • If our catering service team are not onsite to top up your supplies and freshen your buffet between breaks, we will provide you with the required consumables for you to top up.
    • Please allow fridge space for all of the milks.
    • A $200 refundable security bond applies for equipment hired.
