When you place your order, you will be asked for the required date and time for pick up or delivery of your order. Please be aware that foods are prepared as close to your required time as possible.

If you have any special requests for specific delivery times, questions, conditions or other aspects of your function we need to know about, please include these in the notes field when you check out. We will be in touch to go through your order and any questions you may have.

  • Deliveries - we require a 1.5 hour window for delivery. Please select the latest possible time you need to receive your food. Once we receive your order, our production team will reconfirm the time that the delivery will be made a few days prior to your delivery date.
  • Pick-ups - foods are scheduled for production according to your booked time. If you arrive early, they may not be ready.

*If your function date and delivery date are not the same, book the delivery (required) date and time here, and note the event date in the notes area as you checkout.

We understand that events contain many moving parts and that plans change. If you need to change your booking, or timings, please contact us as soon as you know. We pride ourselves on our flexible approach, and will do everything possible to accommodate changes.
